Irish Negroni or Irish Boulevardier

The boulevardier cocktail is an alcoholic drink composed of whiskey, sweet vermouth, and an appertivo. Its creation is ascribed to Erskine Gwynne, an American-born writer who founded a monthly magazine in Paris called Boulevardier, which appeared from 1927 to 1932. In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, we bring you the Irish version of this cocktail.

Stir all ingredients with large ice cube. Garnish with orange twist or slice of blood orange.

  • .75oz Ha’Penny Irish Whiskey

    .75oz Alessio Vermouth Torino Rosso

    .75oz Tuve Bitter
