Porn Star Martini

The porn star martini was invented by Douglas Ankrah, owner of the LAB London bar in London, United Kingdom, in 1999.

Ankrah has denied that he named it a "porn star" martini to be deliberately provocative.[3] In interviews, Ankrah claimed he used the "porn star" name to evoke "a stylish and confident drink...[that's]….pure indulgence, sexy, fun and evocative".

Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

• 1 1/2 ounces TLC vodka

• 3/4 ounce Liber & Co Passionfruit syrup

• 1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed

• 1/2 ounce vanilla simple syrup

• 2 ounces Gambino sparkling wine, chilled

• Garnish: 1/2 passion fruit
  
  Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  
  Garnish with a passion fruit half.
  
  Serve with a sparkling wine sidecar (on the side).
